- Jumlah jam yang cukup untuk tidur ialah 7 jam bukan 8.
- Bangun dari duduk setiap 10-15 minit.
- Briskwalking 7-8 ribu langkah sehari.
- Jangan tinggal senaman angkat berat walaupun umur dah tua supaya otot tak kendur dan jadi makin lemah.
- Jangan hisap rokok, bersenam dan kurangkan gula.
